A practical summary. We use business and website information to respond to facility-service inquiries, prepare and deliver services, operate our website, measure performance, and protect our business and visitors. We do not exchange personal information for money. Some online disclosures to analytics or advertising partners may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain state laws; see Cookies & measurement and Your privacy choices.
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information Cleanstar National, Inc. (“Cleanstar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects through cleanstarnational.com, our service-request and contact forms, document-upload tools, communications, and related business interactions (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy does not apply to a customer's own employees, visitors, tenants, or other individuals whose information Cleanstar may process solely on that customer's behalf while performing contracted services. In those circumstances, the customer’s privacy notice and instructions generally control that processing.

Information from other sources
We may receive professional contact information, referral details, or facility-related information from your employer, publicly available sources, business partners, referral sources, and service providers when needed to respond to a legitimate business inquiry or provide services.
Sensitive information
Please do not submit sensitive personal information—such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or government-issued identification—through our website unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel and it is necessary for the service relationship.
3. How we use information
We may use information for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Responding to questions, quote requests, RFPs, document uploads, and other service inquiries.
- Assessing facility needs, scheduling walkthroughs, preparing proposals, and providing commercial cleaning and facility-support services.

- Understanding website engagement, source attribution, and the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Sending marketing communications where permitted by law and subject to your applicable choices.
- Preventing fraud, protecting the safety and security of our business and users, and complying with legal obligations.
- Creating de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify you, where permitted by law.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to:
- Service providers: companies that help us host and support the website, manage communications and forms, store documents, provide CRM or scheduling tools, process data, secure our systems, and provide analytics or advertising measurement.
- Business partners and professional advisers: where needed to respond to your request, deliver services, obtain professional advice, or administer a business relationship.
- Government authorities or other parties: when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; to protect rights, property, safety, or security; or to investigate suspected fraud or wrongdoing.
- Successors or transaction parties: in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
- With your direction or consent: when you ask us to share information or otherwise authorize the disclosure.
We do not exchange personal information for money. We do not knowingly disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent direct-marketing use without appropriate notice or permission.
6. Data retention and security
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect our operations. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, the relationship, and legal or operational requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when deciding what information to submit online.
7. Your privacy choices and requests
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain targeted-advertising or “sharing” activities, limit certain processing of sensitive personal information, or appeal a decision about a privacy request.
To make a privacy request, please email info@cleanstarnational.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call (770) 425-6797. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify and respond to it. We may need to verify your identity and, where applicable, authority to act for another person before fulfilling a request.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the basis for that decision and, where applicable, provide information about an appeal process. You will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
8. U.S. state privacy notices
Some U.S. state privacy laws provide residents with specific rights concerning personal information. The rights described in Your privacy choices and requests apply only to the extent a state law applies to Cleanstar and to the particular request.
California residents
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), applies to Cleanstar and your information, California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, opt out of certain sales or sharing, and limit certain sensitive-information uses, subject to legal exceptions. Cleanstar does not exchange personal information for money. As described above, certain online disclosures to analytics or advertising providers may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. You may submit a request by using the contact methods in Contact us.
Other U.S. state residents
Residents of other states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal data, opt out of targeted advertising, and appeal certain decisions. Contact us to submit a request. We will evaluate and respond to requests consistent with applicable law.
Authorized agents
Where allowed by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written authorization and may verify your identity directly before acting on the request.
9. Children's privacy
Our Services are designed for business and commercial audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to third-party websites, platforms, or tools. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not govern information they collect. Review their privacy notices before providing information or using their services.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the then-current policy, to the extent permitted by law.
