Cleanstar National, Inc.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Cleanstar National website, its content, online tools, document-upload features, and related digital communications.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Important distinction. These Terms govern use of this website. A proposal, quote, scope of work, service agreement, purchase order, or other written agreement between Cleanstar and a customer governs the actual commercial cleaning services. No service contract is created simply by visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, or uploading an RFP.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Cleanstar National, Inc. (“Cleanstar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of cleanstarnational.com and any related digital services we make available (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to both you and that organization.

2. Website purpose and service inquiries

The Site provides general information about Cleanstar, our commercial cleaning and facility-support services, industries served, resources, and ways to contact us. It may also allow you to request a facility walkthrough, request a quote, submit an RFP or scope of work, upload documents, or otherwise communicate with our team.

Site content is for general informational purposes. Descriptions of capabilities, personnel, locations, services, schedules, standards, equipment, or outcomes are not a binding offer, warranty, quote, or guarantee. Actual services, pricing, scope, timing, performance standards, and responsibilities are determined only by a written agreement accepted by authorized representatives of the applicable parties. If these Terms conflict with an executed service agreement, the service agreement controls with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

Subject to these Terms, Cleanstar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes.

You may not, and may not permit another person to:

  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from Site content except as expressly permitted in writing by Cleanstar or by applicable law.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, spiders, data-mining tools, or similar methods to access, extract, monitor, or collect Site content without our prior written permission.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, damage, overburden, or attempt to bypass the security, availability, or operation of the Site.
  • Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, unlawful material, or content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates another party’s rights.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the Site to send unsolicited, deceptive, or harmful communications.

4. RFPs, documents, and other submissions

When you submit information, an RFP, a scope of work, drawings, specifications, photos, floor plans, or other materials through the Site or to Cleanstar (collectively, “Submissions”), you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not violate applicable law or another party’s rights.

You retain ownership of your Submissions. You grant Cleanstar a non-exclusive, limited right to review, copy, use, store, and share Submissions with our personnel, professional advisers, and service providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare a response or proposal, communicate with you, and provide services if we enter into an agreement. Any separate written confidentiality agreement between you and Cleanstar controls where applicable.

Do not upload sensitive personal information—such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, protected health information, or government-issued identification—unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel and it is necessary for the business relationship.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents—including text, graphics, designs, photographs, video, logos, service marks, trade names, software, layouts, and compilations—are owned by Cleanstar, our licensors, or other content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property right to you.

“Cleanstar National,” related logos, and other Cleanstar marks are trademarks or service marks of Cleanstar National, Inc. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except for fair and lawful nominative reference.

6. Third-party links and tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or tools for convenience. Cleanstar does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that third party’s policies and terms.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cleanstar makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing on the Site is legal, regulatory, safety, medical, financial, or professional compliance advice. Facility operators remain responsible for their own operational, regulatory, safety, and contractual obligations. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals for circumstances specific to your facility or organization.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleanstar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or damages arising from or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cleanstar’s aggregate liability for claims arising solely out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Cleanstar specifically for access to the Site during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cleanstar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of another person’s rights.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you and Cleanstar agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, or the federal courts serving the Northern District of Georgia. You and Cleanstar consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Cleanstar’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Site.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our business practices, or applicable law. Updates are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
